Information We Collect

1)Personal Information You Provide to Us

When you use the software and services, we will automatically generate an anonymous internal user ID (which will not identify you personally), which is assigned to your use of the software and services ("User ID"), and may combined with any of the above information.

Errors may occur during data collection, which may contain personally identifiable information. We will regularly check and update, timely discover and delete unwanted information collected inadvertently from software and services. We do not intend to collect any personally identifiable information except for registration and user support as set forth in our Privacy Policy.

Most commonly we will use your Personal Information in the following circumstances:

1.Where you have asked us to do so, or consented to us doing so;

2.Where we need to do so in order to perform a contract we have entered into with you;

3.Where it is necessary for our legitimate interests (or those of a third party) and your fundamental;

We have implemented safeguard procedures to protect your information in accordance with industry standards, and we have restricted access to your information on servers, which are encrypted.

However, since the Internet is not a 100% secure environment, we cannot guarantee that the information you deliver to us is 100% secure. After you uninstall our software or stop using our services, we will delete all your data within three months. If you click to clear your data through internal software, we will immediately delete your data saved locally, and delete all your data on the server within one month.

GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation)

We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). If you are a user in Europe, you have rights (with limited exceptions). (i) request access to and rectification or deletion of your personal information; (ii) obtain restriction of processing or object to the processing of your personal information; and (iii) request that a copy of your personal information be provided to them or a third party in digital format. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the local data protection authority in the European Economic Area about the processing of your personal information. If you are located in the EEA, personal information collected from you via the Software and Services, will be transferred to recipients in countries located outside the EEA which do not provide a similar or adequate level of protection to that provided by countries in the EEA. You hereby expressly consent to the transfer of your personal information to recipients, as described in this Privacy Policy, which are located outside the EEA.

PIPEDA(Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act)

We comply with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).If you are a user in Canada, you have rights (with limited exceptions):

COPPA(Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act)

We comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We do not knowingly allow anyone under the age of 18 to use this website, nor do we knowingly collect, use or disclose personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If we become aware that we have unknowingly collected personal information from a child under the age of 18, we will make reasonable efforts to delete that information from our records.

If you do not want us to use the information we collect to serve you advertisements, you can opt out of receiving such advertisements.

Intellectual Property&Confidential Information

We pay close attention to the protection of our intellectual property. The selection and arrangement of all content, images, design, graphics, text, logos, buttons, interfaces, icons, audio and video clips, and software and services are our exclusive property and are subject to the Berne Convention, international copyright laws and other applicable laws and legal protection.

You agree to use the Software and Services only for lawful purposes. We may, without liability to you, for any conduct that we believe violates any applicable law or this Privacy Policy, or is harmful to the interests of other users, third parties, sponsors, licensors, service providers, merchants, Terminate your access or suspend access to all or any portion of the Software and Services without notice.

We do not want you to send us any confidential or proprietary information, whether by email or otherwise. Any information, materials, suggestions, ideas or comments sent to us will be considered non-confidential and by submitting such information to us, you give us the absolute right to use, modify, reproduce, transmit, display and distribute such information , without payment or other compensation to you. However, we will not use your name unless we are required by law to identify the source of the material, information, advice, ideas or opinions, or we first obtain your permission.
